Simple Yoga Fitness is a welcoming place for people from all walks of life. We foster respect for people of all backgrounds and ask that our members do the same for each other and for our staff. At Simple Yoga Fitness, we want everyone to have the opportunity of regular, immersive yoga experiences. In order to accommodate all who wish to join us, we have Grand Opening and Pre-Opening Policies, Health and Safety Policies and Reservation and Cancellation Policies for all students.

Health and Wellness
To keep our community safe and healthy, Simple Yoga Fitness has implemented the following health and wellness policies:
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or been in close contact with someone who has and you are not fully vaccinated, we ask that you not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative
Do not come to the studio if you aren’t feeling well or have any symptoms of COVID-19
Bring your own mat (or purchase one at the studio)
Use refillable water bottles at touchless refill stations
Use touchless check-in for class online or at the front desk
Wash or sanitize your hands before class
Teachers use verbal assists in class
Follow local mask policies and health department regulations

Class Reservations, Cancellations and Waitlists
CLASS RESERVATIONS
Students must reserve studio classes in advance on the website or using the mobile app in order to ensure a spot in class. Walk-ins are permitted only as space allows. Reservations will be accepted until within 60 minutes of the scheduled start time of class. If no reservations are made 60 minutes prior to the class start time, scheduled classes may be cancelled without notice. Reservations made 2 hours or less from the scheduled start of class cannot be cancelled without incurring a “Late Cancel/No Show” Fee detailed below.
To reserve a class, you must sign in to your Simple Yoga Fitness online account or book a class through the mobile app. If this is your first time signing in to our website or mobile app, you will need to create an account before navigating to the Schedule to book your classes.
Our lounge is available to you before and after class. Make sure you check in for class at least 5 minutes before class starts.
LATE CANCEL / NO-SHOW FEES
You must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time of the class to avoid being charged for class, with no exceptions. To cancel, sign in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions.
If you are a member and you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time of the class (“Cancellation Cutoff”) or you do not attend a class you have reserved, you will be charged a “Late Cancel / No Show Fee” of $20. The Late Cancel / No Show Fee is subject to change without notice. The Late Cancel / No Show Fee will be charged to your credit card on file. By making a reservation, you agree that Simple Yoga Fitness is permitted to charge your card on file in the event that you incur a Late Cancel / No Show Fee. Drop-in / Single Class reservations will not be billed the Late Cancel / No Show Fee, but will lose the value paid for the scheduled class for classes cancelled after the Cancellation Cutoff.
CLASS WAITLIST
If a class is full, you may join our waitlist. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class, you will receive an email confirming your class reservation. To receive updates, make sure you are opted-in. You will be notified via email if you are moved from the waitlist to having a reservation for class. If you receive a notification that you have been moved into a class, we ask that you confirm your schedule as quickly as possible and cancel if you are unable to make it in order to allow other waitlisted students to attend. If you have not received an email confirming a change in status from waitlist to having a reservation, you may not attend the class.
If you are moved from the waitlist to the class roster before the Cancellation Cutoff and you wish to cancel your reservation, you may cancel your reservation without incurring a Late Cancel/No Show Fee if you cancel before the Cancellation Cutoff. To cancel, sign into your account. You will be charged the Late Cancel/No Show Fee if you cancel a reservation after the Cancellation Cutoff or do not attend a class where you have been moved from the waitlist to a reservation list. By adding yourself to the waitlist, you agree that Simple Yoga Fitness is permitted to charge your card on file in the event that you move from the waitlist to the reservation list and you cancel after the Cancellation Cutoff or do not attend a reserved class.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES BY SIMPLE YOGA FITNESS
If a class time or instructor changes, you will receive an email from us for any classes you have reserved that may have been updated or cancelled. To receive updates, make sure you are opted-in. You can also check the schedule for class updates. You are responsible for monitoring class schedules. If we change a class time or instructor and you do not cancel prior to the 2 hours prior to the scheduled class start time, you will not be charged a Late Cancel/No Show Fee.
