Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a yoga studio before or you want a new experience, our instructors meet you where you are and strive to help you see the very best in yourself. We celebrate what you can do, rather than focusing on what you aren’t able to do yet. Our thoughtful instructors utilize their expertise to adapt and guide you through exactly what you need for a profound experience to truly connect with yourself.
While some yoga practitioners view the use of adaptive tools and props as something to be used until they are able to achieve poses without them, our philosophy is quite the opposite. When properly trained on the use of props and adaptive tools, yoga practitioners of all stages are able to consistently and safely access poses that might otherwise feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Using these tools to safely and comfortably access yoga as a wellness medium is an important part of our approach.

Our instructors will meet you where you are and adapt each position to what you need, so that no one feels out of place. Our classes provide an immersive experience that is simple and profound, to invite you to embrace your current humanity. You are welcome at any of our classes, no matter your skill level.
We want you to not just learn, but be able to do. To not just know, but to apply. Our classes are built for more, to help you walk out a bit better every day. If a bit better means doing less than the class before but still doing something, we encourage you to feel proud of that.
